Joan has been part of Rentco since junior high – this place has literally grown up with her. What she loves most about working here is that no two days are the same. Whether she’s troubleshooting with customers, managing equipment, or working with the team, there’s always a new challenge to tackle.
These days, as CFO, Joan focuses on taking care of Rentco’s two biggest assets: the equipment and the people. She wants the staff to have a great workplace where they can do their best work, stay safe, and go home to their families each day. And for customers – whether they’ve been with Rentco for years or are walking through the doors for the first time – Joan is there to make sure they get the service they deserve.
Favorite piece of equipment: Bobcats, hands down! Though from a business perspective, she has to give it to the gas plate tampers – they’re workhorses that serve everyone from contractors to DIY homeowners.
When she’s not at Rentco: You’ll find Joan at the lake, with her family or reading a good book – sometimes all at the same time! She’s also proud to serve as a School Trustee and Rotarian in the community.
