Stephanie joined the Rentco team in April 2026, bringing nearly 30 years of customer service experience. From her time as an esthetician to roles in retail and restaurant management, her focus has always been the same: taking care of customers. At the Tool Shed, she enjoys helping customers bring their ideas to life, whether it’s building a backyard project or finding the right setup for a special event. Matching people with the right equipment and seeing their plans come together is what she finds most rewarding.
Favourite piece of equipment: The Orec 4WD Brush Mower. It’s well-built, easy to use, and makes tough jobs simple.
When she’s not at Rentco: At the gym early in the morning, hiking, camping, or spending time outdoors with her husband. She also enjoys time with family and friends, painting pottery, and relaxing with a good book.
Fun fact: Stephanie lived abroad growing up, spending time in the Bahamas and later Florida for university. She returned to Canada in 2000, spent 19 years in the Okanagan, and now calls Grande Prairie home.
